p897 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Eligibility

To register and play at p897, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p897 complies with Philippine gaming regulations which set 21 as the minimum age for participation in gambling activities.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using p897's services is legal. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of p897 or any of its affiliated entities, game software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating the account on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from p897 or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one p897 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a bonus restriction, avoid a self-exclusion, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. p897 uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. p897 is not responsible for account access issues, missed notifications, or processing delays caused by inaccurate registration information.

• Your username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or constitute a trademark or brand name you do not own.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your p897 login credentials with any other person.
• All activity that occurs under your p897 account credentials is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact p897 support immediately.
• p897 may conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration or at any subsequent time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted until verification is completed.

3. Deposits

p897 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• p897 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside p897's control.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing fees incurred.
• Deposits are generally credited to your p897 balance instantly. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• p897 reserves the right to refuse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source or that appears connected to unlawful activity.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at p897 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorized withdrawal requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one business day.
• p897 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Payment provider fees, if any, are separate from p897's processing.
• Before processing any withdrawal, p897 may request identity verification documents including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional review under p897's AML compliance framework. This review does not imply wrongdoing and is a standard regulatory compliance step.
• Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds (without any real money wagered) may not be withdrawable without first meeting stated wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

p897 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirement at p897 is 20× the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• p897 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility for accounts that show a pattern of exploitative bonus behavior — including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, wagering only on games that contribute minimally to bonus completion, or using systematic strategies designed to reduce house edge to near zero during bonus play.
• Game contribution to wagering requirements varies: Slots and Fishing Games typically contribute 100%; Baccarat, Roulette, and other table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific promotion page will state game contribution percentages for each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games at p897 use independently certified random number generation (RNG) for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any factor outside the game's RNG system. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.

• Once a bet is confirmed and the game round begins, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. p897 is not responsible for bets placed as a result of player error, misclick, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a documented technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a verifiably malfunctioning round are not payable.
• Players may not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to play games at p897. Such use will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance generated through automated play.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed in each game interface and are enforced by the system — bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The p897 sportsbook is governed by both these general Terms and the specific rules published on the Betting Odds page. By placing any sports bet at p897, you accept all applicable rules.

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after the system has accepted and confirmed the wager.
• p897 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted (e.g., late bets on an event already in progress without live betting being explicitly open).
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match was completed sufficiently for settlement under standard betting rules (typically more than 80% of regulation time completed for football).
• p897 applies standard Asian handicap rules and over/under settlement procedures as detailed on the Betting Odds page. For any line that cannot be settled under standard rules, p897 will apply the most player-fair interpretation available.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") — including incorrect odds resulting from human or system error — may be voided by p897. A palpable error is defined as any odds that are materially inconsistent with the market at the time of offering. Players who identify potential pricing errors should notify support rather than placing large bets on them.
• Maximum payout per sports bet is ₱500,000 per event. Parlay payouts are capped at ₱1,000,000 per ticket regardless of calculated total.

8. Responsible Gaming

p897 is committed to responsible gaming and to supporting players who may need to control their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered p897 players at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications for session duration. p897 can remind you when you've been playing for a specified amount of time.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from p897 for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from p897. Self-exclusion is immediate, irreversible for the duration specified (minimum 6 months), and cannot be lifted by contacting support during the exclusion period.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

p897's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Key points: p897 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the p897 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, brand names, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of p897 or its licensed partners. No part of the p897 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the p897 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to create derivative works, reverse engineer game software, or use p897 content in any external medium.

11. Limitation of Liability

p897 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While p897 works to maintain consistent availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or technical failures beyond p897's reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions, ISP outages, or device failures.
• Player decisions about which games to play, how much to bet, or how to interpret game information.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors outside p897's direct control.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.

In no event shall p897's aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, excluding winnings already paid out. Nothing in these Terms limits p897's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Account Termination

You may close your p897 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks, minus any applicable bonus amounts that were subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements.

p897 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Evidence of account sharing, collusion, or automated play.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.

13. Disputes

If you have a dispute with p897 regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter, follow this process:

1. Contact p897 support via live chat or email (support@p897.best) within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the event may not be investigated.
2. Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the relevant transaction or game round reference number, and a clear description of your complaint.
3. p897 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution or status update within 7 business days.
4. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to p897's compliance team by requesting an escalation in writing via email.

p897's decision on any game outcome dispute is final, provided p897 can demonstrate via server logs that the game functioned correctly and that the RNG operated normally during the disputed round.

14. Amendments to These Terms

p897 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p897 will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of p897 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor updates — including clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through p897's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
